Can i say make sure the iPhone is unlocked or else it won't work. If it still doesn't come up try this: - Plugin your iPhone to your PC

Brilliant, Paddy H!! Hadn't realised it needed to be unlocked - clearly this was not the case with the others as I've always done it the same way. Once I connected it with it unlocked first it was all fine Thanks so much, it has been driving me mad for weeks!! Em |

You could synchronise your phone to itunes -remember to back it up first to the pc, of course. Then the photos should download as well and should be accessible. Edit : of course, the post above is even easier! |
