By the time Bunny Giffin and Gina Varrone left the Positively Posh! vendor fair on Saturday, their credit cards were smokin?!
At least that?s what event committee member Dottie Staffen said, and it wouldn?t have been a surprise.
The third annual pre-holiday shopping spree, hosted by the Latrobe Area Hospital Aid Society in the St. Vincent College Fred Rogers Center, had just about anything a girl could need to look good, feel good and smell good ? plus party and home supplies and even those special accessories to complete a man?s best outfit. Lunch was available, too.
?There?s so much here, it?s sort of overwhelming,? said shopper Susan Endersby.
?It just keeps growing,? agreed event chairwoman Elizabeth Naidu, and that?s a good thing, because proceeds will benefit critical-care patient services at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.
Committee members included Betty Ann McHugh, Phyllis Ruffner, Jane McKenzie, Donna McClure, Diana Kreiling, Debby Newingham, Linda Hayden, Jean Watson, Dottie Staffen and Mary Provance.
Seen at St. Vincent: Susan Eiseman, Linda Miller, Ann Macdonald, Barbara Ferrier, Susannah Calvo, LuAnn Mills, Patty Lucarelli, Ellen Curtis, Jani Rybacki, Mary Lynn Eisenstat, Debbie Kelley, Renay Krouse, Kim Forsyth, Susan Ott, Maureen Milchak, Doris Wood, Brenda Haberlen, Kathleen Emmer and Tom McClure.
